With over 35 years in multifamily experience, 12 years in multifamily SAAS, Dana Zeff is an accomplished entrepreneur and venerated CEO. A pioneer in the multifamily sector, Zeff is the original founder of the groundbreaking national digital marketing company, LeaseLabs, which she established in 2008 and sold to Real Page in 2018 for $116 million, six-and-a-half times its annual revenue.

Dana also received individual recognition at the 2017 Stevie Awards for Women in Business, earning the Bronze in the following three categories: Female Entrepreneur of the Year; Female Executive of the Year; Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations.

Zeff is a powerful mentor who consistently identifies and cultivates talented executives. She is now embarking on her next venture: UnitLeader. Portfolio Manager
Throughout his career, Nick has exhibited the ability to succeed in any environment and lead organizations through accelerated growth periods. His career began with the U.S. Navy 25 years ago. Many of his core competencies result from his service – leadership/training, project/budget management, self-discipline, team-building, and execution. After 20 years, Nick retired from the Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer, a feat rarely accomplished within 20 years of service.

In 2016, Nick received the position of COO with LeaseLabs. He directed all major divisions within the agency and supported their blistering growth. During his tenure, the LeaseLabs team grew from 60 to 140 employees. His work to reduce product delivery timelines, ensure first-time quality, provide consistent customer experience, and develop team management were indispensable in the resulting sale to RealPage, Inc.

Nick joined Unit Leader as a Portfolio Manager, where he is responsible for all research, operations, negotiations, and scalability of our portfolio of business investments. He is also the founder and President of DeNovo Digital, Inc., a digital marketing agency located in San Diego, California.
